IF YOU ARE NOT-YET-AN-OWNER, you will NOT be receiving this call (this applies to most people receiving this newsletter). IF you ARE an Owner, read on.

This is the first time that we’ve created our Annual Event in this manner, and we want to be sure our Patron Owner members are aware of the event itself, as well as:
  • Make sure you received your Annual meeting letter and Ballot to elect Board Members and know what to do with it;
  • Inform you of the agenda of the Meeting;
  • Help get you and your guests registered for this incredible celebration party; and
  • Answer any other questions you may have about Membership, Bathhouse and Practitioner hours, the new website, etc.

That works. What doesn’t work is that we also asked you to let us know if you were coming to the Annual Event and how many guests you were bringing. So, even if you had diligently filled it out and sent it in, this missing information makes it incomplete for managing the attendance at the event. :}

We are sorry for this oversight. IF YOU HAVE NOT SENT IN YOUR BALLOT, please do so now and put Your Name in the SENDER AREA of your envelope. Then visit our Eventbrite page to reserve seats for you and your guests at  http://cgwco-op2013.eventbrite.com
